Operating limits: Five-seat minimum billing. One complete station for up to five students. Two complete stations for six through ten. More than ten requires a separate plan, additional instructor, or additional appointment.

Students complete the online portion first. A scheduled instructor visit focuses on practice, psychomotor evaluation, and completion of the required in-person skills check-off.

Full on-site workplace classes

Full-course customer-site instruction is minimized while WSTI expands its instructor network. Requests are reviewed individually and are not confirmed until WSTI accepts the schedule and terms.

Online courses and equipment ordering

W4VPK amateur-radio license preparation is completely online. AED and bleeding-control supply orders are handled without an instructor dispatch. Neither service includes an on-site visit unless separately contracted.

Every request remains unconfirmed until WSTI verifies the course, online completion requirements, customer-provided space, instructor availability, travel, equipment, taxes, and final price.
